      1. Bolivian prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for Evo Morales over sex with an underage girl. The underlying allegations, made public in 2020, are credible. AND Morales is in a pre-election bid to reclaim leadership of his party from current president Luis Arce.

      Evidence lending credibility to the allegations includes the victim's social media posts, her recent statements to the press, travel records, testimony from her father, and the appearance of Evo's name on her child's birth certificate.
