    1. There are rules of war, and Israeli attacks in Lebanon break them. Frankly much less than its devastating genocide in Gaza breaks the same rules.

    We're barreling towards multiple interstate conflicts fought without rules. Should that come to pass, we will all regret not insisting our allies followed the rules because, by then, we will have no argument to convince our adversaries to do so.
