@GregEqEd @JuanLRodrigue10 3. The share of actas claimed by Corado has changed ("contradicts itself") — well, this has changed as they've acquired more 4. Some actas don't have the full complement of signatures 5. Some actas were folded prior to scanning or had marks, dirt, etc.

@GregEqEd @JuanLRodrigue10 6. One acta had initials, not signatures 7. One can look up a mesa de votación in the database by using the ID numbers of people who have died (this would be true if the voter rolls had not been purged; there's no indication that said people voted)
