    @jeffryhouse @NathanJRobinson Putting the spin on the part of advocates aside, this latest judgment shows that there's no public or judicial oversight of most of these laws. And only legislative oversight when a Congressional majority is willing to publicly challenge a foreign country.

      @jeffryhouse @NathanJRobinson Under these circumstances, the executive is flouting the letter and spirit of the laws protecting human rights, though perhaps not the will of Congress. @NathanJRobinson was fair in pointing that out, and no court is available to prove his case.
