        @CoreyRobin Even the extreme tactic of bus bombings was encapsulated in the language of terrorism, not genocide. The historical resonance of October 7 with genocidal massacres is driving a re-casting of both "will be free" and Intifada that centers Israeli feelings over history + intent.

      @CoreyRobin Global Intifada is not a new phrase, but a fairly common idea in the early 2000s among Left activists who saw anti-globalization, anti-war (esp. Iraq), and anti-occupation causes as aligned.
