      @NateSilver538 In this tweet, @NateSilver538 makes an important point about whatever the grey line represents. But I think he missed a key part of the graph, namely, that this comparison is controlling for test scores.

    @NateSilver538 And there is quite a lot of data on income and SATs. SAT scores are about three times as correlated with income as are high school grades, likely the grey line shown above. budgetmodel.wharton.upenn.edu/issues/2021/9/28/is-income-implicit-in-measures-of-student-ability
