Bibliographic summary of books on the 2019 Bolivian crisis. Most (3:1) argue or assume there was a coup and there was not electoral fraud. @SoyUnCocodriloS/1641596469152034816

Leaving aside my own analysis for the moment, I must point out that the Arce government and prosecutors have done far more to substantiate and investigate unlawful power-grabbing during the crisis than the Áñez government did to uncover electoral fraud.

OAS and EU investigations showed circumstantial evidence: definite evidence of data-handling irregularities; and (from the OAS) misleading statistical trends suggesting fraud. But this was never matched by confessions or a smoking gun, despite 12 months to investigate.

Also of note, the OAS conclusion that the margin between Evo's reported 10.57% victory and the 10% required to avoid a runoff was not verifiable comes from adding the uncertainties produced by electoral irregularities and by opposition protests burning uncounted ballots.
