        @CuateBoliviano Yet for the West, El-Sisi is a legitimate interlocutor. Having him as unelected president is less objectionable than the Afghan government allowing al-Zawahiri to live in an apartment building.

          @CuateBoliviano Yet despite being head of state, with thousands of political prisoners, El-Sisi is not a legitimate military target under international law, if some Muslim Brotherhood government in the region wanted to act like the USA does.
