            Some of these aren't actually concerns with the trial, but observations, and I'll assume this number and framing is El Deber's, not HRW's.

    5. Human Rights Watch found no evidence to sustain Áñez's charges on arrest: terrorism, sedition, and conspiracy. But of course she wasn't prosecuted for those things.
