@JogobonitoJDUB It's interesting to consider the possibility that Áñez herself wasn't in control. But either Áñez bears command responsibility or was a figurehead for a coup. The latter possibility is an extraordinary claim that requires extraordinary evidence. I'm not aware of any yet.Permalink On twitter.com
