Evo Morales, Bolivia's ex-president but head of its governing party, fully embraced the Russian line in his Sunday radio show. Rejects the word "invasion," calls it "establishing sovereignty." @LaRazon_Bolivia/1497947177229897733

"No, NATO is the one responsible for this conflict between Ukraine and Russia." Says Europe "mustn't be complicit in genocide" and "if something must be done it is to indict NATO, that it must disappear."
-
"I comment on this because some of our brothers, perhaps because of lack of communication or information, are blaming Russia (saying) it's invading, (but) no. Russia is only establishing its sovereignty, so that it won't be subject to aggression."

I always remind myself that Evo Morales was literally targeted by the DEA and the US embassy for decades. But this rant reflects a feedback loop where a politician is believing the propaganda sources that amplify him.

Also, clear implication is that Russia was extremely unpopular at this meeting. @CarwilBJ/1497744223478685696
