    @eastbayhillz @paulkrugman Before Omicron (latest national figures), over 20% of deaths were vaccinated people. Because of Omicron's immune escape features that has gone up (see King County, WA, where most deaths are vaccinated).

      @eastbayhillz @paulkrugman Those of us who are vaccinated continue to have much lower deaths per case. But we have many more cases when our unvaccinated neighbors get sick.

        @eastbayhillz @paulkrugman January was the deadliest month for vaccinated people so far because the USA reacted to Omicron with a shrug.
