  1. Is there any fact that would contradict this sentence? "Security forces did not fire live ammunition during the three weeks of protest prior to Evo Morales' resignation." Searches of the main human rights reports reveal no examples.

      My record of those killed in protest is clear that the security forces didn't kill anyone during this period. But is the more stronger claim that they didn't shoot anyone also true?
