      Renewables still grew, but at half the pre-pandemic rate. Huge missed opportunity to invest recovery $ in clean energy.

        Coal, nuclear plants continue to close. But energy use shifted to coal anyway b/c of price bumps in natural gas. Moves to limit CO2 emissions for electricity and shutter coal plants are stalled by Manchin veto.
