        Non-hydro renewables have expanded rapidly, but remain well below planned targets. Morales government proposed 535MW by 2025. Even achieving that, and not exporting power, would not allow any reduction in fossil fuel emissions.

          The most viable destination for exporting electricity is Argentina. Bilateral talks will adress this in late November.
