      Hurt advocates focusing on vaccines alone, but people who get their first shot today won't be fully protected for four weeks. Meanwhile we're running out of ICU beds today.

    The CDC urged masks indoors on July 27. Other cities and states responded in hours or days. @SharonWHurt voted last night to do nothing. Council won't consider until September 7
