    @PepinaSediciosa Substantively: Yes, Áñez is a flight risk. But the greater risk is that the current investigation either stalls before trial or is never taken seriously by people beyond the MAS.

          @PepinaSediciosa There's also an international investigation, led by the IACHR and with subpoena, that offers the best chance for a comprehensive investigation. The Arce government should support that.
