      Even if polls understate MAS vote, the party of Luis Arce and Evo Morales will look far weaker in March than it did in October, and its departmental performance will be weaker than in 2010, 2015.

          There will be several serious alternative left/indigenous political parties in regional elections Sunday, splintering the MAS vote but opening up alternative political possibilities at the regional level.
