@Hezbolsonaro You're right. Correcting my loose end… Three parties (MTS, MNR, UCS) with 144,444 votes in 2019 did not compete in 2020. The FPV made Chi Hyung Chung its candidate in 2020, but its 23,725 votes in 2019 are included as votes “lost” during the shift. PAN lost 8,061 votes.
