@NicoMason2 Now if the government supplied or coordinated with the reported snipers in Oruro on November 7-8, that would fit your description. But I'm not aware of concrete evidence of that. It arrested pro-MAS shooters in Montero.

@NicoMason2 But, yes, I'm pretty touchy about blaming the MAS-IPSP / Morales for the shootings in Sacaba and Senkata, bc this has been the Áñez govt's victim-blaming narrative from the start.

@NicoMason2 Besides that, these mobilizations required zero impetus from leaders to happen. If Evo Morales had been inexplicably beamed up to USS Enterprise, there would be blockades in Chapare, a march on Cbba, and a blockade in Senkata in 5 days.
