      This is reminiscent of the face-saving agreement to increase salary raises from 10% to 11-12% in 2010 strike. It's what happens when strikers don't have enough leverage for their bigger demands.

        This mobilization is tricky bc the lesser demands (a binding election date) and the greater demands (Áñez's resignation) are so different in scale.
