Bolivian government calls tweet by former president Evo Morales (@evoespueblo) criticizing shortages "a seditious political opinion … directed at misinforming and destabilizing the country." eldeber.com.bo/pais/bolivia-exige-a-la-cidh-que-se-retracte-del-apoyo-a-un-mensaje-de-evo-morales_194062

Morales' tweet looks like a fairly banal complaint about shortages, lines, and mismanagement of the coronavirus pandemic, alleging "total abandonment" of "the people who must struggle to survive." @evoespueblo/1288069774161969152

For the Áñez government the exiled president and leader of Bolivia's largest political party is "a fugitive from Bolivian justice." They have indicted him for sedition for organizing protests w/in the country. And apparently consider tweeting "sedition" as well.
