Asterisk: There's also reportedly a heart disease death spike in NYC due to an overwhelmed medical system, so if we had daily cardiovascular deaths they too might be higher.

FDNY "is averaging 300 cardiac calls that ended with well over 200 of these patients dying in their homes." 2019 baseline: "54 to 74 cardiac calls that resulted in between 22 to 32 deaths a day." [same source]
