    Also, it's a huge slight of hand to confuse "no new drilling' with "no more drilling" (and I'm pretty sure Joe lied by saying the latter at tonight's #DemDebate). Each well can extract oil for decades. Obama and Biden set them in motion.

      In any case, the larger share of drilling occurs on private land, and wouldn't be affected by Biden's "no new drilling on public lands" proposal at all.
