  1. In terms of American lives that could be saved by policy changes, the difference between Sanders (or Warren) and Biden is significantly greater than between Biden & Trump. Medicare for All alone is over 60,000 per year. Zeroing out fossil fuels about half that.

        We could legalize all 11 million undocumented immigrants or just the Dreamers. End ICE camps or "reform" them. End private prisons or keep them.
