@ArenaTodd The Morales government agreed to a binding OAS audit in a (clearly unsuccessful) bid to defuse domestic protests. It wasn't imposed as a condition for funding or diplomatic recognition. I would LOVE it if Florida or Georgia protesters compelled these states to do the same.
