It's not at all obvious that the various actors pushing votes towards Evo even coordinated with themselves rather than each pursuing their own partisan interests. They certainly could have done so w/o "direct orders" from the president.Permalink On twitter.com

Now suppose there was in fact a server-side intervention to manipulate the vote count, something that the OAS concluded was possible, but not confirmed.
