    @leh_vanessa In practice, political parties (the MAS-IPSP in six of the seven cases) brought community candidates into their fold. But then the Indigenous Deputies declared their own independence from the party, after the TIPNIS debacle. woborders.blog/2012/01/18/indigenous-bloc/
