Executive branch appointments, regulations, executive orders, and enforcement priorities are absolutely huge to policymaking, probably more so than new laws and programs. Things not subject to Congress include… DACA, family separation, the travel ban, auto emission standards, watershed protection, trans rights in high schools, all decisions regarding war, all decisions regarding foreign policy. And on and on.On twitter.com
