#BoliviaEnCrisis Bolivian police issue warning to Resistencia Juvenil Cochala after group threatens Anti-MAS parties in video. opinion.com.bo/articulo/pais/policia-advierte-aprehender-miembros-grupo-resistencia/20200131230209748847.html
-
RJC video: "Either [the anti-Evo Morales] parties unite, or we will unite them."
-
The implicit threat follows an earlier incident where RJC attacked MAS supporters in a public square (eliciting verbal warnings the following day) and shouted rape threats and threw projectiles at left-leaning vigilers outside Cochabamba's parliament (no police response).
-
Interior Minister Arturo Murillo has said security forces "should thank" the RJC for fighting Pro-MAS crowds attacking police installations just after Morales was overthrown. But he also urged RJC to restrain itself.
-
Police commander Franz Sellis: "Those people [RJC] have been very useful for Cochabamba, they have defended Cochabambans, but enough."
-
The RJC are a parallel force to the Unión Juvenil Cruceñista, which right-wing candidate Camacho once headed, and he has repeated visited Cochabamba to praise them.
