@bretgustafson Talk about official offices in Bolivia revolves around official terms: Evo Morales and the Plurinational Legislative Assembly last took office January 22, 2015, and theoretically have until Jan 22, 2020. Because the elections were canceled they have no elected replacements.

@bretgustafson As interim president also has a mission to convene elections in 90 days, per the 2009 Constitution. That's February 10. Which apparently won't happen.
