      @Camilango1 @oddNihilist The situation changed depending on the region after that. You can't blame Evo for the radically hostile urban movements in Sucre, jailón Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, all of which sowed racism and reaped rural resentment.

        @Camilango1 @oddNihilist But in Potosí 2010, you see a remarkable rural-urban joint mobilization which continues to this day. Fascinating and complex dynamics unite forces in La Paz/El Alto/provincias.

          @Camilango1 @oddNihilist Really amazing and interesting urban movements in Cochabamba, Plan 3000, and solidarity campaigns united Paceños and Beni folks with the 2011/2012 TIPNIS marches.
