      Last Saturday, the MAS-IPSP appointed Evo Morales chief of its 2020 electoral campaign. Moving to neighboring Argentina should enable that unless the Argentine foreign ministry insists on him avoiding Bolivian politics. #EvoMorales #EleccionesBo2020

    Many Latin American countries, including Mexico, prohibit foreigners from participating in domestic politics, and Evo Morales reported this restriction was explained to him upon his arrival there.
