        In the three weeks between the election and the Evo's overthrow I saw these folks speak far more critically of the government than I expected.

      Pukara, the media collective that Vianca belongs to is a fiercely visionary indigenous media collective. Evo's problem wasn't that he was losing the readers of Jacobi but that he already lost the readers of Pukara.
