      Eduardo Rodríguez Veltzé, who headed the Supreme Court, was the consensus choice for interim president during Bolivia's last political crisis. Unlike Añez, he centered being a neutral arbiter and held the December 2005 elections.

              My interpretation of the meaning of the last tweet: both Evo Morales and Arturo Murillo (and perhaps Jeanine Añez) have to give up their claims to power to achieve peace and elections.
