The audio circulating from Gabina Condori Nina does not claim any first hand knowledge of the Sacaba Massacre beyond her indigenous surname. Strangely, it acts as if she has first-hand knowledge of both LA Paz and Sacaba confrontations, which is highly unlikely.Permalink On twitter.com
