                    The Evo Morales administration had pledged gender parity it its cabinet. While it only achieved that once, in 2010, 35% of its first 97 cabinet members were women, an extremely high share by global standards.

                      Between 41 and 72% of Bolivians identify as indigenous (depending on the way the question is asked). Having one indigenous cabinet member out of 16 is an extreme under-representation.
