      Bolivia's vote counting is highly transparent, allowing people to view both the scanned reports from each polling place and the numbers entered by election officials, so this kind of error(/fraud) is auditable over the Internet. #BoliviaDecide #EleccionesBo2019

        I can't verify the researchers' claim to have found these errors at random, but they project that errors favoring Morales were frequent enough to tip him past the 10% threshold to avoid a runoff. #BoliviaDecide #EleccionesBo2019
