        Potosí, Oruro, and La Paz gave around 80% of their vote to Evo Morales in 2009. Yesterday they gave 45 to 52%. #BoliviaDecides #EleccionesBolivia2019

      Meanwhile, Morales and the MAS-IPSP made a big play for Santa Cruz and the east (Beni, Tarija, Chuquisaca) in 2014, winning over new voters. They didn't stay through the 2016 referendum. #BoliviaDecides #EleccionesBolivia2019
