          La Paz department fell away from the MAS-IPSP slightly more than the national average. Santa Cruz slightly less. But both matter the most for vote total. #BoliviaDecides #EleccionesBo2019

      While there has been much talk of the #BoliviaFires impacting the election, the Santa Cruz region broke against Evo Morales only slightly more than the country as a whole since 2016. Two thirds of their shift was baked in before. #BoliviaDecides #EleccionesBo2019
