      No doubt that Evo Morales has won most votes in first round, but he needs a 10% advantage to avoid a runoff. He doesn't have it. #eleccionesBO

        The most sophisticated polling organization this year is Tu Voto Cuenta (tuvotocuenta.org.bo/). Their rapid count vote estimate, based on 95% of precincts is shown here…

            Evo Morales held a press conference and claimed he might win outright in the first round due to uncounted rural votes. @ErbolDigital/1186098248139857920 This is mathematically difficult: he would need a 24.5% lead in the uncounted areas.
