        @EvoReef In general, I'd be interested in Bolivia maximizing the employment and social benefits that Bolivia gets from its newly built infrastructure while minimizing the environmental costs.

      @EvoReef So I have three concerns, but they all begin with the fact that Bolivia has *no plans* to use this new energy domestically.

          @EvoReef These are concerns of numerous Bolivian organizations and critics, but yes I'm a scholar born and working in the USA.
